• By You: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund minus a $10 administration fee
• Less than 7 days: 50% refund may be provided at our discretion
• No-shows: No refund will be provided
• By Us: If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit towards future programs
